Now, onto the discussion: I was referring to that IR therapy that's making the rounds right now (and is being touted by Dr. Jack Kruse). It's been around for a while; we even have one of those old Sears machines (still working) that puts out IR, as well as UV for tanning. So far I've tried the IR a couple of times fwiw.
You're right to be scared chitless about the potentially deleterious effects of whatever kind of lights that are being beamed back at us, especially since the gooferment has patented several patents on this (and also--are you ready?--a soul-capturing device!).

I didn't know that Sears was making mosheens, but they were into everything.
UV comes is three basic flavors. Two of which will burn you up, the other will protect you from burning up. But supposedly in the sun they come as a package deal (until chemtrails).

Thank you Patrick for the explanation. My takeaway is - Don't be gullible and don't be too quick to trust a man who promotes himself as the only one with the highest understanding of light frequency effects on biology. By the way, I notice that Dr. Kruse is overweight or even obese. Why?
It is obvious his knowledge of light's benefits is very high, but promoting it as being primary i.e., more important then food, in the order of importance in keeping the body's functions of metabolic functions optimal is disingenuous at the least. If one neglects importance of food, then no matter how optimal your exposure to proper light frequencies is, one will not be healthy. His body composition, determined by simple visual observation, belies his premise of so-called light as being primary. If that's true, then why is he obese? Seems to me that food is equally important as light. Neither is more important. Seeing how much effort he puts in promoting his premise, and as being the only one who figured it all out, I think that it is his giant ego that drives him to do what he does. Not compassion or empathy. Purely his ego. He has stated that he has no tolerance for people who will not take time to study the science that one would have to absorb to comprehend it all. Excuse me? I am 70 years old and I got an older brain which I cannot force to work harder. I got financial issues that prevent me even from purchasing some dozens of very expensive books needed to make myself proficient in biochemistry, physics and math. Like I said NO COMPASSION.

My longish but sunny story.
I was born and raised in WA state.
Lived only on the western side near the puget sound and Mt Rainier.
I am now in my early (almost mid) 50’s.
From the time I was a kidlet I pinked up and burned in the sun if left out too long.
Sunscreen was applied on me as a kid, and then as an adult only to my face in my moisturizer.
Wrinkles! You’ll look old! Protect your precious skin!
I stopped using/applying even that when I was 36.
Info came out about the spf chemicals and I said no thanks.
Still pinked up and burned but that was life for me.
In my mid 40’s I also stopped wearing sunglasses.
Fast forward to fauxvid and all the bs with the shots.
Most of my family was fired from their jobs in WA for “non compliance” (politely declining the arm stings was not allowed you grandma killers!) so we all packed up like the WA hillbillies and moved to central AR in April of 22’.
I do not burn.

Two things come to mind since I am a banana split personality.
One might be the weird magnetic lines in AR if they exist like they do in AZ.
Two might be that they are running simultaneous different experiments as you note.
Within the past year I have seen them spray and then all of a sudden CUMULUS CLOUDS FORM. I've never seen anything like that since they have scorched the sky in 1997, so they have to have new formulas.
I'm convinced they can attenuate any frequency that they want to block. Its just a matter of atmospheric pharmacology.
