Immediately it tricked me into saying the word "YES" after it announced this will be voice recorded ... THEN, It insisted that I sign up for a "I've fallen & can't get up" mechanism ... this went on for 5 minutes ... My non smart phone went dead & I never resolved the problem.
But for people with working phones & no heat, ... Your electric co will help with some heating issues....so they claim...I wouldnt know 1st hand..... but I heard that they may even replace a furnace for ya ....
Pro bono ... they just write it off ... I'm gonna assume there's some catches to this ....like smart meters or smart thermostats or "I've fallen & can't get up" spy mechanisms .....
