Thanks Pat. That is what I thought too. I have to eat some beef after big time fail on vegan with massive oxalosis and not enough iodine so my thyroid hormone level was zero. But I have to cook it well before eating it. I let it simmer and then eat salad and cooked vegetables and come back to eating the meat at the end of meal with plenty of enzymes. I can't eat starchy foods at all due to yeast overgrowth after antibiotic from dentist decades ago. Thanks Pat. That is what I thought too. I have to eat some beef after big time fail on vegan with massive oxalosis and not enough iodine so my thyroid hormone level was zero. But I have to cook it well before eating it. I let it simmer and then eat salad and cooked vegetables and come back to eating the meat at the end of meal with plenty of enzymes. I can't eat starchy foods at all due to yeast overgrowth after antibiotic from dentist decades ago. I'm looking for flash frozen, no antibiotics or hormones, beef that I can buy online and have shipped in a cold container. Have not found it yet.
