Back pain ruins the quality of life of many people. Medical intervention in form of surgery ruins continuosly the lives of more people world wide. My neighbour is one of these cases that I know personally. Her spine is now 75% fused with hardware, bolts and who knows what else. She is in perpetual pain. She even had a electrotech impulse device "installed" to manage the pain.....nothing works.

But all begun when her dr. told her ...a decade ago.....we can, maybe....fix your back. Well after 2 surgeries.....a second surgeon told her that she should have never got the surgery in the first place.

From then on it was a saga of surgery to fix an error of the error .....of the previous one.

Ahhhh the horrors of modern medicine!!!

I am very happy to hear that Ms.Magoo fpund relief without additional torture. Ya know in hell is like that....once the loop the loop goes on it never stops.

I have a friend who suffers from horrid knees problems. No cartilage left......see this is why I KNOW the technology lie is a LIE.....because we cannot even fix a knee or shoulder joint.

Now my friend might have those knees ruined from years of professional athletics....then again not all professionals get their jpints messed up.

There has to be something more.... imo is lyme or syphillis eating up one cartilage.

Oh yes my neighbour had originally a slipped disk of the lower vertebrae......but it was not slipped side to side but in to out. She has somewhat of a protuding stomach and me thinks that is the origin of lot of back problem. Bad posture, too much weight in an area that is not supposed to carry that much weight, and people who never exercise or lack of normal flexibility.

I was going to be a chiropractor when I grew up.

I never grew up...

So I know a bit about the spine. It is the System Status Board for the body like those huge walls with diagrams and lights for railroads or powerplants that light up when something is wrong.

No doubt the people with back pain had some VISCERAL dysfunction where the nerves and muscles were just REPORTING the outtage like a heart attack will signal as pain down the arm.

Bad knees no doubt is the Lyme. It can also be a bad prostate in men (unless women want to claim they have bad prostates too). Often a bad prostate can be from low zinc. So was it the knee? or the prostate? or a mineral deficiency?

Posture is the last in line of things that contribute to a problem since it is the RESULT *of* the problem. Extra weight and/or prolapses of internal organs pull on all of the bones and other organs in the abdomen so it can set you up for multiple failures.

No one can use the trite: Just Lose Weight! because often there is a reason why the weight is there and won't come off like the diabetes epidemic caused by the P of the DTP shat.

Well most people have no will to loose weight and are very undisciplined with food in many directions, portions, type of food and how much they really need to survive. I think that deserves its very own substack.

But yes I agree with you.

MeMe the Queen of Meme and I discovered that most people are under the direct influence of Buggers. It is the candida that makes them bring home a dozen donuts and a six pack of power drinks. it is the babesia in the beef supply that makes the carnivore rabid about defending their raw bones.

Where some might say undisciplined I would say the Host is AWOL.

Most over-eat because they are metabolically starving due to inability to digest so the food (which really is poison) is viewed as excess toxins so it is stored in fat.

I quit abusing people over their weight when I knew what the cause of diabetes was.

MD's need to hear that hammering sound in the distance.

In regard to Ms Magoo probably a customized corset type of brace would have been ideal as well. Too bad I did not know about this before she was gone. I could have made her a customized corset support.

Rotating magnetic fields. Not electromagnets but solid state magnets alternating poles. Seems the higher Hz/rpm has a more fast acting effect for lasting relief and healing.
