After all of their de-construction in the name of a hurricane, could THey set the place ablaze like a cigarette lighter lights a cigarette? Let us remember, "acts of god" are not covered by insurance policies. If a fire breaks out within so many hours of an earthquake, the fire damage is considered an act of god. The only thing that I can imagine might help against that is a perfectly closed faraday cage or perfectly closed solid metal sheilding that is grounded.
