Pat- au contraire. Please provide criticism. What I posted about Vitamin D production after age 40 is taken from the doctor I cited. I couldn't find a study validating this however.

If you read carefully there is no such thing as a vitamin so how can sunlight activate it? Can we get D from algae in sufficient amounts - well Enzymedica's D product indicates so.

It ends up that melatonin (think melanin in skin) is the Master Protector of cells from damage and not Vitamin C or Glutathione. Melatonin is produced in our skin by sunlight or by a jet black room. As for oxalates I have always found that it depends on Candida fungus overgrowth, not how much oxalate I eat, or how much I fail to bind with calcium.

If I eat starchy food, say potatoes, that will provide carb sugar to the Candida fungus ending up with oxalates. Not because of the inherent oxalates in potatoes, but due to the oxalates my liver will make from being triggered by the starchy food. Many studies show fat creates oxalates. Other studies show protein makes oxalates. So, what good is any of this information if oxalates are made by protein, fat and starchy carbs? Thus, everything makes oxalates and we're back to living in Pat Jorden's H-E-L-L.

I have experienced too often simply putting something on my tongue and 26-feet of intestines downstream reacting INSTANTLY.

Physiologically with transit time and nerve conduction this is impossible. The only thing that can come close to describing it is clicking the flashlight button that tells the buggers that dinner is on the way.

I recall that 11 years ago Dr. Kruse has written about effects of certain specific frequencies of light having specific effects on the various biological/metabolical processes i.e., and melanin being a primary polymer.

I'll see your au contraire and raise you an au pair... wait... I'd rather see the au pair...

In the world or rigid science we would be obligated to have independent third party confirmation or denial of any claim that is made, but if we just take the We're Screwed After 40 condition at face value, then all we need is a clear MOA because we're in the business of removal of causation not running faster in the gerbil wheel.

We are also hampered by archaic and imprecise (a sin in real science) science language where Vitamin D is used in the vulgar when it should be pro-hormone, etc.

There are a lot of photochemical events and as the post from All-RItes-Reserved will address the woo-woo world of biophotonic exchange takes it into a level beyond molecular modification into cell signalling.

I had no idea that Mel A Toe Nin could be made in a cave.

Recently I've been forced to consider if the Candida Plague might not be related to the spirochete plague in that the fungus is either a symbiote or an antagonist and the fungus is there because of the bugger or vice squad versa.

Your grim observation of the yeast kaking out oxalates no matter what you eat of the four food groups: carbohydrates that give instant energy as does alcohol, or fat that allows for longer hang time of the sugars in the blood, or protein that feeds the lab-developed aggressive flesh eating hyphaeted yeast as opposed to the budding type, gives a Damned if You Do - Damned if You Do kinda feel to life in general.

So, now we are confronted with lab grade bugs and how to defeat them just to have breathing space to figure out if they are there to drop off oxalates that might ninja slice the spirochetes or to just mess up our day.

Pat, I have subsequently found that there is a Vit. D deficiency after age 40 BUT IT IS DUE TO A PRIMARY DEFICIENCY OF CHOLESTEROL. SUNLIGHT PLUS CHOLESTEROL = VITAMIN D.

We do not make enough cholesterol in the human body and must supplement. This makes it more difficult for those with darker skin and for those who work night shifts with artificial light (which is associated with higher cancer rates).

So Vitamin D deficiency is not intrinsically deficient with older age, but also with lower cholesterol. Those living in institutions where they are not taken out in the sun, and forced to take statins that reduce cholesterol, are in especially vulnerable situations. My 95-year old almost mother in law I have been remote caregiver for was in a nursing home where I had to cajole them to take her out into the sun and she could not be given Vitamin D supplement (algae sourced is best) without doctor's approval. So nursing homes are another Pat Jordan HELL.

Pat, it is called S-Y-N-E-R-G-Y. Truth is a social discovery. It is a rare phenomenon because most of us just resist what others say rather than try to look for what part of the truth they are contributing. You ought to take this one step further and write this up in greater detail as a stand alone post not just a comment.

BTW when I renovated my house in 2022 I put a floor to ceiling narrow window in the master bathroom shower. Everybody thought I was gay or an exhibitionist. Rather, I try to get as much light into my house as possible. i have skylights in bath baths as well. I cant live in a dark depressing house.

Most farm houses have windows right above the tub to let the moisture out.

Neither of us will be buying castles in Ireland for a buck unless we rennovate them into 4 story tall sunrooms.
