Cops are trained to provoke people to see if they have any animosity towards those in authority. When I got a misdemeanor traffic ticket for excessive speeding on a 6 lane road here in Arizona, the cop kept verbally provoking me verbally to elicit a response. I did not reciprocate or fall for the trap. But it ended up costing me $3,500 in attorneys fees, fines and court charges for going 60 in a 40. A real shake down racket. The cop even called in backup from a canine unit. The intimidation was over the top for a compliant traffic violator. I even asked if I was being arrested since they were charging me with a misdemeanor. The provocation of the tax officer started this episode shown on video. She should have asked for the guy's street address. These cops get cushy retirements and have to justify their jobs by such excessive actions.

just now

Sorry for the repeat, I deleted my duplicated comment & it deleted Both of them. SubStack has been super glitchy for me today. I'm trying this again.

That's a total shakedown Wayne! Reminds me of days gone by .....

My father was coming into the country from the Bahamas & had a bullet on his keychain with a pill in it for his heart (Nitro) & an apple that he needed to eat before taking his medication & he was thrown in an interrogation room where 3 creatures in costumes proceeded to scream at him & accuse him of bringing drugs & contraband (apple) into the USA.. This harassment escalated to the point that they moved him to a cage ... probably waiting for the appropriate bribe., ... anyways, all this over an apple & not having his nitro in a bottle with a label. Meanwhile our border is open to military aged men that may or may not be bringing in fentanyl while they cage an antique white guy for several hours, over his snack.

The trends on Ewe Toob is that Arizona is a Poster State for abuse.

If you follow all of the pushback against tyranny several states have ruled that an administrative detention (roadside stop or even stopping pedestrians) is a COSTODIAL ARREST.

The thing to do in that case is ask why you haven't been read your rights.

All that jackbooted thuggery for a no-harm shakedown while CRIMINALS ARE POURING ACROSS THE BORDERS means that these creatures are domestic Enemas.

In 1993 I was pepper sprayed and beaten with batons on my legs that resulted in severe purple bruises, when cops went berserk in response to me simply asking questions they did not like. I was calm. They dragged me out of the car and immediately started to physically subdue me. I was falsely charged with resisting arrest. I spent a day in prison! Not jail

In prison with an orange jumpsuit issued to me like I was a real criminal.

This place is hell.

I got peppered brutally kicked in my ribs by two cops in Montana in 2000. Just for asking them question in a calm manner. They don't hear you. They are in a trance. They just act like robots. More jail time. Weekend in jail crammed in with 20 other men. Slept on a floor. It was like a scene from a nightmare but it happened for real. I tried to file a habeas corpus and have it presented to the judge but was told the judge was not available as it was late on a Friday. Fuckers never bring you in front of a magistrate according to regulations to determine if the cops perhaps did not act properly and broke the law and/or made a mistake so as not to detain an innocent man and prevent any further violation of unalienable right to be free, or any other ights. They did not mirandize me either. I did not have time to pursue filing charges. No resources to start a case against all the actors. I knew it would be a waste of time anyway.

Postcards from Hell, man.

I feel for you.

The SYSTEM is set up to protect themselves and fuck us to deth.

I was trying to stop a dialysis corporation from committing state-sanctioned mass murr durr and so I started shopping for lawyers. The ex-cons (only honest people at the dialysis unit) told me that one of the criminal attorneys (isn't that an oxymoron?) was HIRED to defend a guy up on murder charges and when he came to court late he didn't even know what the case was about.

That's over and above the fact that they already decide the outcome before anyone ever shows up.

I'm deeply honored that you shared the tragic story about the MURDURR of you mother. Death by natural causes can be traumatic on people. Death caused by physical violence/negligence/ignorance/malice aforethought is on another level of evil. I'm extending my belated condolences to you.

Criminal lawyer = oxymoron

They's all criminals!

I think I read they were forbidden to practice their trade in the USA in early 1600's. What is the BAR i.e. Brittish Accreditation Agency? A GATEKEEPER agency if you ask me.

Thank you.

I've worked with Attorneys.

Isn't it funny that they have different names for their different levels of deception. Are there even Lawyers on this side of the lake of fire? You will find them listed synonymously in the Yellowed Pages but their credentials are Attorney AT LAW, never IN LAW. To Attorn means to twist because they used to be the torturers of the State to break people on The Wheel, or other devices to force out a confession. Pressing for testimony used to be under a wooden door with weights piled up until you confessed, dyed or both.

The SQUIRE (esquire) has 13 loyalties all of which are first to the court and lastly to the client so you are sold out the minute you show that the requirements of Blacks Law Dictionary are filled:

The ONLY people who require an Attorney are:

Babies

Physically injured too sick to show up in court

The mentally incompetent.

So the Judge looks at the defendant as: not being, and infant, not being physically disabled, therefore they are the village idiot and are treated as such.

ALL of that is out there to be discovered but it is never disclosed.

It is the basis for:

A man who RE-PRESENTS himself has a fool for a client.

You can't give yourself as a present to the court. You can't appear like the Summoned Dead. You are either a living being or dead to their system. They JUDGE THE DEAD. So if you play Suis (Sui Pig!) Juris to yourself then you have declared that you are the village idiot.

They might let you go out of amusement if you put up a good enough argument but if you put up an iron clad argument then they might just put you in the dungeon or kyll you to make an example of you.

It's a no-win situation.

When the US of A had to enter Italy during WW2 and then Italy was part of the tri-treaty axis (Germany-Italy-Japan) they went to ask help to Lucky Luciano. Matter of fact the CIA asked for Luciano help many times…..but I will focus on the Sicily connection in this reply. The US military needed to enter Italy and they did it with the help of mafioso Lucky Luciano who had very strong connections with Sicily. Go look up the map of Italy …for those of you who are not sure where the island of Sicily is located.

Now this help came with a price. The Intel services offered Lucky Luciano a lot of things…..money, freedom….more money….but he did not accept any. At one point they just decided to give him their ass and said…..tell us what you want.

He made a deal that when WW2 was over and there would have be a new election to determine if Italy would become a again a monarchy or a republic. The US of course wanted Italy to become a republic for strategic reasons of control….we are talking 1946-1947. Lucky Luciano specifically requested that people selected by him would win the election and be placed in power.

We are starting off with a mafioso governament post WW2 in Italy with CIA and US governament help. But the people voted monarchy (this is after Mussolini was killed )…the documents and election results were then modified and the result of the election was hidden in classified documents and with some clause and still to date is held on to be reviewed by a court.

So….US governament is used and still uses criminals when it is convenient.

Since I started driving til now...14 seat belt fines...8 of 14 came from the same IA state trooper and four more from another IA patrol freak.I got one on a wednesday ($135 used to be $40) drop the check in drop box at post office in a town 10 miles away from home 3 days later on saturday, got 2 blocks down the road, the same bastard gives me another. I have only strapped the belt on twice in my driving time in hell, drivers ed at 16 years old and when I took the CDL tractor trailer drive test, which the instructer ordered me to do so. I refuse to wear it, but I should refuse to pay it. But pay I must or be screwed in court by judge lawyer parasites..

Victimless Administrative Procedure 'violation'.

No even a crime.

Do what we say or we will hurt you.

I don't care what other people do or don't do. When they made it law, I've always kept a device to be able to cut the belt in case On Star (don't have it) or my Tesla (would never own one) decided it wanted to drive me into a lake with the windows rolled up, or if the mechanism got jammed in a wreck.

That being said, I wear it for the sole reason that if some drunk motherfucker hit me I would be able to get out of the vehickle and exact what the Buddhists call Balance in the Universe.

What does the tiller of soil have for wheels? Dost thou have a tractor with bucket for snow plow on farm driveway? My only wheels is 1988 oldsmobile and a snowblower.

Ah... for something pre-computer era...

I've got an old rust bucket and ye olde blower as well. The blower has been retired (not new tires) because the globe hell warming that they promised hath taken away the 6-foot snow drifts that were the minimum requirement to show that ILL Annoyed had entered winter. I've been getting by with a grain scoop for a snow shovel.

I don't mind little to no snow just as long as it gets colder than a motherfucker to kill all of the pathogenic insects. But that hasn't been happening so the creep of subtropics climate is going to bring with it all of the biological horrors that those in the south deal with.
