I've tried to work with the Lakota and another Nation but they are either unable or unwilling to deal with the huge concepts there. In all practicality even if they Sued for Peace the US has gone into recievership to china so all of the players that set up these broken treaties aren't even in play anymore, and communist china negotiates with NO ONE.
