He denies the PUFA, especially omega-3, saying it is a causative agent of chronic disease. Taking into consideration of [taneno, 1997], only the conclusion may not seem so far, but it is characterized by his own theory that "Virus = Exosome (Extracellular vesicle)" and "neutralizing antibodies don't really exist" etc..., so not mention of the crucial discussion (i.e. serum sickness or immune complex). He argues against vaccines, but as above, there is not integrity at all. Regarding immunology, he appears to respect Mechnikov who regarded (※Sakitani wrote) immune system as morphogenetic maintenance.
In addition, he exaggerates his authority by including a large number of references in his books, but most of them is consisted of his cherry-picking, consequently resulting in mass producing bullshit books have no basis.
For example, while he claims "if you intake fishoil, it will produce the lipid peroxidation within body, which develops hemolysis of erythrocyte, and you will become anemia", he cites the reference reporting mice anemia induced by experimental PARASITE INFECTION.

Another example, while claiming "Fishoil will stop the growth of healthy muscle", citing the ref saying anti-tumor effect in vitro.

And as for the curing, he prefers to glycolysis, and believes that honey or brown sugar can all (including diabetes) chronic diseases.
He said, "It takes 5 years for the body to excrete accumulated PUFAs, so there is no problem in letting hyperglycemia go unchecked during that time."
I will not intend to say PUFA is harmless,but regarding Sakitani, apparently critics itself is his objection.

One of our Little Red Hens (with diabetes as a driving force to get an answer) looked into the claims of Ray Peat and Lita Lee who said that PUFAs as REFINED OILS were dangerous and poisonous. From what our Red Hen reported it seems that this is the case. We can go from all of the fancy clinical studies and go directly to what Ray Peat says has to happen in the food oil industry to see what a farce it is:
PUFAs will start to INSTANTLY GO RANCID (oxidize) as they are being made so they put vitamin E into the liquid to stop the process, but in order for the vitamin E to deal with the oxidation it too becomes oxidized so they attempt to prevent that by ACIDIFYING the liquid thus holding the vitamin E and oil in a kind of stasis for an undetermined amount of time until the oil goes rancid.
With that in mind, our Little Red Hen deduced that the push to get Omega 3 oils into autistic children to heal their brains and other tissues were literally a countdown timer to DOOM; because since PUFAs are notoriously prone to oxidation, the oils would go into the critical zones like the brain, then might give TEMPORARY SIGNS of healing but then would literally in the chemical sense CATCH ON FIRE and leave the child with more damage than they started with.
Recently Joe Mercola went on a rampage saying that linoleic acid is poison!
Everyone has literally lost their minds. Let's break this down rationally:
When you SQUEEZE seed and nuts to make oil then they go rancid.
Nuts like walnuts and pecans have TANNINS (the bitter brown stuff) that was designed in NATURE TO PREVENT OXIDATION OF ALL OF THE FATS SO THAT THE SEED COULD LIVE AND REPRODUCE A TREE BY SPROUTING. When you squeeze walnut oil you lose the tannins so the oil will begin to oxidize instantly. When you EAT A NUT you are getting what is called the full SYNERGY of ALL of the components of the too often used word: WHOLE FOOD.
Olives are fruits (drupes). So olive oil is fruit oil. It is predominantly a monsaturated fat. Coconuts are FRUITS NOT NUTS (drupes). It is a predominantly SATURATED FAT the ONLY saturated fat that is available in a Vegan diet outside of palm kernel oil.
Personally I find nothing wrong with the use of olive oil or coconut oil. It is better to eat the whole fruit but often that is not practical or financially possible.
Linoleic acid is found in a lot of foods but is extremely high in flax. Flax seed is VERY sensitive to heat. As soon as the oil is expressed it has to be refrigerated or it will go rancid instantly. This is the kind of thing that Mercola freaks out about. SO WHY ARE PEOPLE CONSUMING FLAX OIL? So they market High Lignan flax oil to improve the impression that is is healthier. Lignans are polyphenols. Phenols are the master set of tannins. I can't say if polyphenols slow the flax oil oxidation, but polyphenol oxidase is an enzyme that is activated instantly on cellular damage of an apple that makes it turn brown.
If you've ever seen organic unfiltered apple juice it is always brown.
WHY DON'T ANY OF THE HEALTH NUTS FREAK OUT ABOUT FULLY OXIDIZED APPLE JUICE?
See how deep and ridiculous this all gets? No one is thinking.
Sakitani using a study on a dread parasite to make a point about lipid peroxidation is a perfect example of ridiculousness. Pick a topic, stick to it, study it in as much isolation as clinically possible and get conclusions from that. Jumping across pathologies is beyond cherry-picking. It's like stepping off a ladder and grabbing at branches on the way down then when you hit the ground you pick up a cherry to say: Look! I found a cherry!
Ray Peat (I think he's no longer living) said that arachadonic acid (the one that is blamed for 'inflammation') was NECESSARY for tissue growth and repair.
All of this stuff sounds confusing unless you get enough facts to do the synthesis:
#1 Inflammation is a criminally insane bullshit word for: Stealth infection.
A cell-wall deficient organism will invade host tissue. The host cannot SEE the invader so it is not addressed individually. The tissue is damaged but the only way the body has for cleaning it up is via superoxide bursts (flame thrower) which puts the health gurus into ANTI-OXIDANT hysteria and the oxidation is then RE-LABELED INFLAMMATION INSTEAD OF INFECTION.
So it is a war of attrition:
INFECTION leads to inflammation so they attempt to put it out with anti-oxidants that lets the INFECTION PROLIFERATE that leads to more INFLAMMATION.
See why I want to take a board with a nail in it to 'educate' the skulls of all of these FAKE EXPERTS?
#2 It took all of these years of human history for Stephanie Seneff to say casually in an interview that the same chemicals that START the inflammatory process are the ones that are used AFTER THE PROCESSES HAVE RUN THEIR COURSE TO BEGIN THE REPAIR CYCLE!
Of course the PROBLEM is that the inflammatory process never gets to the End-Point so this "Conserved Function" of biochemicals is not allowed to SIGNAL the repair cycle.
This means that the body is elegant in its biophysical function but something nefarious is holding it back from that beauty and function.
#3 THEREFORE: THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH PUFAs AS FOUND IN *WHOLE FOODS* THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ARACHIDONIC ACID (that is implicated by the way in fueling metastatic cancer!) THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OXIDATION, INFLAMMATION, OR THE RESPONSE TO INFECTION !!!! It is that there is fundamental damage to the host Cytoplasmic, Mitochondrial, and Genetic components that prevent it from functioning.
For analogy: You have a car with a PERFECT ENGINE, but when you put it in gear the driveshaft or transaxel is BROKEN SO THE CAR CANNOT MOVE!
One of my favorite stories about the invention of margarine is that it was a waste product and the people who developed it fed it to turkeys that promptly DIED. So they said: Let's sell it to HUMANS!
Regarding fatty acids: We have to get them from whole foods: If you want FISH OIL - then EAT A FISH (and this is coming from a guy who eats a vegan diet). If you want polyunsaturated fatty acids then eat the whole food that they are found in! If you want linoleic acid then take your flax seed out of the refrigerator and grind what you are going to need for the day ONLY ON THAT DAY.
Get's a bit more labor intensive - doesn't it? It demands that you take control over what you put inside your own body - doesn't it? It makes you study and understand how your body works so that someone selling Herd Food in any kind of store can't trick you.
Honey as a cure? I wouldn't know. I couldn't tolerate it as a child when I used to eat everything. As an adult I eat a vegan diet so I won't consume bee-spit. Brown Sugar? What does that even mean in the Japanese food industry? In the United States it means you take white REFINED sugar and dope it with molasses. If a person could tolerate it (some can't) then molasses alone would probably be safer.

It’s probably around 3 years ago that I heard the Seneff interview that gave me the insight on why Ray Peat might have said that the demonized Arachidonic Acid was actually NECESSARY. I knew of the Peat claim a decade ago but it takes the accumulation of 40+ years of data to be able to sort through the enormous pile of poo to come out with an untouched kernel of corn and a smile on your face.
I’ve been doing just this for 23 years so I can make the bold statement that you will find this kind of information nowhere else… well… except for that guy in Nigeria…
