When I worked for a builder on Millionaire-row in an ILL Annoyed town built on insurance companies you could see the Urban Glacier as the crew called it creeping into prime farmland for McMansions that looked like cookie-cutter cardboard crap where each was a SLIGHTLY different color or angled differently than their other rich neighbors.
If it fell as real snow it would have melted on contact. It would need to be cold many days or weeks to cool the hot sand which is impossible in that region.

Now all I keep thinking is Teflon.....almost banned here....but really big in Italy. It is nearly impissible to find a regular Stainless Steel non teflon pan . Then I cannot even speak about Alluminum.
Did Italy.....Europe.... get a different memo in regard to that?
Perhaps the Tranny lineage can explain the name WINTERS. You have the WIN-T-ers. The T's always WIN, it is part of the T-WIN code, the two in one.
That meme of the box of asbesotos snow is priceless.
"Claim: The snow in the Wizard of Oz was pure asbestos.
Description: A claim circulating in various formats, including a November 2021 Facebook post, alleges that the snow shown in the iconic 1939 film ‘The Wizard of Oz’ was made from ‘pure asbestos’. Most references sourcing the claim pointed to a 2011 blog post or an unsourced IMDb ‘trivia’ page for the film. However, a 2010 CDC series on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) in film noted that ‘the snow in The Wizard of Oz’ was asbestos sprinkled over the actors’.
Rating: True
Rating Explanation: Broad references to a 1930s retail presence of snow made from asbestos and asbestos-focused sites cautioning about vintage Christmas decor potentially containing asbestos suggest plausibility. However, the exact confirmation of the claim specifically for ‘The Wizard of Oz’ is largely based on an unsourced IMDb ‘trivia’ page and anecdotal mentions in a CDC series on film-related OSH."
Welcome one and all to OZ which is also an American Prison Drama.

A gentle reminder that THEY 'might' be advertising silicon because it is an antagonist to the aluminum they've poisoned the biosphere with...
or...
silicon is the substrate on which semiconductor circuits used to be made....
You're welcome Patty....
