Call me the Black Knight: Have at thee! I'll bite your ankles.

It is, fair lady, more than just sport for me.

What about the unknowledgeable who see GABA, take it, get a nice bloom of cancer, get sick, maybe die?

A long time ago I came up with a meme:

Dead men don't blog.

If we didn't have the feedback of:

I took bad advice, it made me ill or dead (I'm naught dead yet! You will be in a minute!)

then no one will ever know what a bunch of charlatans we are surrounded with.

When Grannie Annie wanted to get off of psyche drugs she experimented with Kratom that is just another psyop Project Paperclip Guinea Pig scam that took off like wild fire. When she said that she was considering GABA it took us FIVE MINUTES to see it's connection with growth hormone stimulation.

Now, I will grant you in all humility that there is no one on the planet as smart as me (besides My Hens) butt, if you have been granted a license and a doctorate, those five minutes and that connection is NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

So, yeah... Open Season.

Cheers.

None of this natural stuff works if you are damaged metabolically. Conversely the pharma dope damages your cells and brain cells. The SSRI's are the best at destroying your brain. And Dr. Breggin wrote much on these. Effexor was the best for it effects two neurons instead on one. I believe I am recalling that correctly.

Well said by the co-author of the Cyto-Mito-Geno Pathology theory of Continuum.

The dain bramage reminds me of a three stooges episode where they had a repair operation that they funded by damaging pots and pains and porcelain.

I am a big fan of saffron rice or Risotto allo Zafferano. It is a traditional Italian dish. Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world and Sardinia is one of the top producers in Europe. It is also the most counterfeit spice. Especially in Iran. I am not sure if saffron works as an anti depressant…..I mean, the price alone makes you depressed. I find it interesting that it comes from the land of the people depicted around the opium tree.

“ when I was eating animals I ate a tremendous amount of turkey that did absolutely nothing for my tryptophan trips to Noddy Land. Didn’t help me sleep a bit.” Ha ha ha……It never effected me unless I ate a lot of it, but if I eat a lot of ANYTHING I get a sluggish digestion and I get fatigued and sleepy.
