How many of us even learned about ways to drain our lymph nodes so they could work more efficiently. I’ve recently heard someone say a friend of a friend recently diagnosed with cancer and it “moved to their lymph nodes”. I’m over here wondering but guessing no, if they were given a mini lesson on how the lymph system works. Were they given some non invasive tools or suggestions like getting a lymph massage, utilizing a mini trampoline for the motion that assists the flow? When normies know these things & yet the doctors don’t mention some of the easiest methods, we realize there are those of us who stay as far away of that system they can. It’s such a damn shame.
