Go get 'em Tiger. I can''t speak for anyone else, but I could surely use some collagen renewal.

You know you are losing collagen when you curl up one night to sleep and realize damn I can feel

the weight of the top leg when resting one knee upon the other knee. I attributed it to getting older,

I should have known better. Damn bastards.

That is very perceptive of you. Most people wouldn't know they had feet until they stubbed their toes. Being made a StickMan by farm and industrial chemicals I can relate.

So the troubleshooting includes:

cellular inhibition by xenobiotics?

genetic damage?

autoimmunity?

lack of hormones?

hormone disruptors?

dietary deficiency?

malabsorption?

Buggers eating the collagen as fast as you can replace it?

All Of The Above?

Everything I am finding points to increased repair in wounds and inhibition of excess fibrosis in wound repair which is not quite the same as directly inhibiting the formation of collagen. The research seems to point to a complimentary, synergistic effect in the health of collagen by decreasing excess ROS.

Thanks for the links. I'll look into them. Whenever I see any paper on Reactive Oxygen Species I discount it out of hand.

The Lyme pandemic is so out of control and so suppressed that papers like that serve only to cover it up.

Borellia and Bartonella EAT COLLAGEN. So the only trick the One Trick Pony of the body has to defend itself is superoxide.

It is MADNESS to decrease a normal natural reaction to an invader, but the collateral damage is severe so it is injury on insult.

Added to all of that these buggers use our own SOD as a shield then hand it back damaged as a prion.

Quite Frankly, Scarlett, if no one is talking about what I just outlined then I equate them as part of the problem not the solution.

Buggers dead = no more Packman eating goo.

No more buggers = no more superoxide collateral damage.

Root cause analysis.

My roots are showing...

cheers

I did not know that about NAC!!! Thank You for the data! Guess I had better stop taking it, even though it helped greatly with My emphysema.

Looking forward to Your next microvoyage!

Like everything they did to us - it's complicated.

We are left only with doing Risk Analysis to see which is the Worst of Two Evils.

There was a woman who had terrible emphysema but it was from a genetic fault. I discovered that the gene error was made worse by proteolytic enzymes and she was religious about taking papain. For no other reason than she thought she should.

I told her that her condition might resolve itself if she only quit.

She hated me and my work so she doubled down and was gone within the year.

NAC is a mucolytic. It would be best to understand the nature of your emphysema since the NAC was palliative not working on the source.

Causes can be mechanical (particulate injury and particulates THAT ARE STILL IN THE LUNGS) or it can be infectious (or both) or it can be the genetic connection.

Well, I used to smoke, and had very mild emphysema. I quit smoking and still had some issues, and then heard that NAC would help. I tried it, and it did. But at this point I think it best that I just stop.

Ah... cigarettes.... (if that's what you mean...)

Particulate AND infectious threats.

Double whammy.

For those who don't believe in viruses: Commercial greenhouses will not let anyone into their tomato facilities if they are smokers or have tobacco smoke on their clothes because the tobacco mosaic VIRUS can SURVIVE COMBUSTION and will infect the plants.

TMV was the discovery of self-assembling nanomachines.

Bromelain was suggested for clearing lungs long before the Con Vid.

The problem with enzymes is that they might relieve scar tissue but only for as long as you take them. as soon as you quit the scars will reform. So I don't know yet what impact proteases have on collagen formation/repair.

If anyone wants to help that would be appreciated like inflation.

Well, I did not smoke them like Most do. I did not inhale, getting the nicotine from contact with mouth and gums...

And as for that "virus..."

if you were in the same room with the device then you inhaled the smoke.

Bailey is either a useful idiot or clandestine services. She CAREFULLY crafts her supposed counter-narrative so that the damaging of the plants is somehow outside the scope of what Nature and the definition of a virus and its transmission could be.

BUG STAB, SUCK, EAT AND SHIT on plants. There's your vector.

What she is saying is that malaria is the product of having a Bad Hair day and NEVER the result of being bit by a mosquito.

She then sacrifices herself on the Altar of Lanka who prides himself on being the first to ISOLATE VIRUSES FROM SEAWATER by saying that the russian study showed plants NEAR THE COAST were showing the signs of disease = VIRUSES FROM SEA SPRAY.

She's wallowing in the same trap that everyone on this topic is purposely soiling themselves with. They CITE PAPERS instead of doing the clinical work WITH the controls and experimental methodology that they claim are lacking.

I find her entire body of work offensive.

Estrogen free... and not from an ad in Vogue! Nothing is free, not even “Meals on Wheels” or the $5,000 loaded debit card for ILLegally crossing our borders! Keep ‘em comin’, Sir! You’re bound to land on something the AI doesn’t want you to... hopefully not a “land” mine!!

I'm thinking of crossing the border and back again just to get that card!

I downloaded some endocrinology books and will have to get serious about this. No answers will be handed to us. One of the books is titled: Endocrinology Secrets.

I have trepidations (I keep them in a jar) about this topic since my classmate in premed who went on to chiropractic school said that this course kicked his butt. Of coruse it did. They make this stuff hard.

No to worry about where I land. I'm in a MIND field.
