The only thing that I can add to this is the revelation that I had after I read the part about the Fc region of the antibody that is used as a transport mechanism into the host.
When you get past the Spell-Casting dog Latin you find that they took a chunk of an antibody - you know: those things that stick onto invaders so that the white blood cells can go all White Privilege on their asses? - in order to get it directly from the mouth into the blood.

if you dig up freeze dried Flu victims, harvest the ANTIBODIES then in any version of What Would Satan Do, then you would formulate an ANTI-BODY TO THE ANTIBODY thus rendering everyone exposed to the old or DARPA-updated version of the Spanish Fly - I mean: Flu - INCAPABLE OF MOUNTING AN IMMUNE RESPONSE TO A SPECIFIC ORGANISM.

The net and final result being that the immune system is now OFFLINE so they can Trojan Horse anything into the victim to do their rewrites whether it is transhuman cyborgization or just putting the DNA of DIS (satan) Himself into y’all.
