I’ve been saying forever that CRIMINAL charges are the ONLY thing (within the flawed system) that could do anything, and that when you sue a FICTION then the idiot tax payer foots the bill.
So, if dumb farm boy and whoever this channel owner is knows what you could teach to a third grader then it seems that the Attorn Knee (to twist) has got to be the traitor double-agent if they don’t tell the idiot complaintant that CRIMINAL charges NOT Civil or any other action is the only recourse.

My understanding of how they circumvent the Constitution and Bill of Rights is the city is incorporated, not a real arm of government. As a commercial, not governmental, entity, they are not subject to free speech guarantees. And their only mission as a corporation is to make money. But, this scene is of a Working Class stiff with tattoos who comes before a court of the Mandarins in the Knowledge Class.
The rules are to keep the Working Class in their place. Despite the Knowledge Class's twisting of what he wrote, even the so-called Teacher of Evil, Niccolo Machiavelli, was on the side of the Common Man (The Popolo) and wrote that there was no Liberty (or public morality) unless the Common Man had Liberty. The Knowledge Class is entirely corrupt because they are all parasites.
