This is the last installment of Cures that are Not Cures with Our Lady of Sardina.
#4 Juicing 101
This is a popular treatment that is supposed to treat everything, but especially weight loss. I would say juicing could be a good starter weight loss treatment for some people. It might even benefit some form of cancer (then again we have to specify exactly what type of cancer). However juicing as a ONE-SIZE-FITS ALL treatment also could have devastating variations in the outcome. Over-hydration is just one of them.
#3 Juice cleanse aka celery juice cleanse.
This is a medical medium popular treatment spread by Hollywood evil minions. Benefits range from detoxing the body by inducing weight loss, to curing cancer.
I guess if paired up with the foot detox treatment + water this thing is a sure death sentence. Talk about diluting your electrolytes while loading with oxalates, cylicates and anything else?????
I am sure the treatment has its benefits if one is transitioning from a fast food, process food nutrition to celery juice…….yeah you are gonna loose weight.
#2 Foot Detox Patch.
this cure-at-all, steady floats around with highs and lows. Foot detox patches claim that "special” soles, padding soaked in some compound and applied to the sole of your feet can literally pull out toxins from one body. People experiences on this matter seem to be positive and believe this medieval thinking that foot detox is an efficient manner to detox impurities from one's body.
With some MD suggesting also to place Vics-Vapor Rub on sole of the feet for better absorption.
My pet peeve: if foot detox is true, then every single person, including alcoholics and those with liver disease can benefit from a daily foot detox treatment no??
And while I am still awaiting for someone to explain to me the MECHANISM OF ACTION of a foot detox…..I will still maintain that foot detox is only a peripheral, partial cleanse only on the feet.
Hand detox???
#1 Eight 8 glasses of water a day.
This is the most popular "fix it all" cure that has ZERO SCIENTIFIC foundation.
Benefits range from clear skin from acne to weight loss.
Up until now I never realized the esoteric numeral significance of the number 8.
Curiously and coincidentally enough the phrase "8 glasses of water” in Gematria has same cyphers of “mass mind control”. Indeed this seemingly harmless fake cure is often spread by people in health care and the fitness industry.
Bottom line: individual's need for water varies greatly from person to person, too much water can kill you.
For this particular installment we think it would help to refresh what she and I wrote about the topics on the Vomit Words of: Detox, and Cure.
Then if you are new to all of this because this is my pre-Google LOCKOUT Substack, therefore my Second Substack is the one that hosts the previous podcasts, I would direct you there for our Top 10 Countdown shows prior to this one:
I really like that we went backwards on her Top Ten list because the final one on Water highlighted the DANGEROUS situation that One Size Doesn’t Fit All guru advice to the Masses can cause.
Gilbert Ling - the smartest man and most perfect writer that ever existed.

WATER IS LIFE !
What Our Lady of Sardinia and I will do soon is also post a Stack on What Water is Isn’t.
Thank you and Lady of Sardina for unmatched axe per ounce with unmatched laugh :)
My question is what is in those detox food pads?
