My twin brother once took a trip to China to try and arrange some business opportunities only to have it stolen. While he was there he told me a story about how they were driving down a road with bumper to bumper cars and got to an intersection where a Chinese military truck was coming in the opposite direction. There were no stop signs or street lights at the intersection. So the military truck just turned into opposing traffic wiping out some cars and people, with impunity.
